Hi, I'm Jason,a UI/UX designer.
I’m using this space to showcase my work from my 10+ years in the field. I started as a front-end developer and I've been bridging the gap between design and development ever since.
Love code,Love design.
As a front-end developer, I loved the technical challenge of writing code, but my design background left me eager for more creative involvement. I felt that if I didn't specialise I'd be holding myself and my career back, but the reality is quite different; my development knowledge gives me a greater understanding of my designs, and my design expertise enhances the user experience.
Fiskars group.
We created a robust and versatile design system to serve as the foundation for Fiskars Group's 14 global brand libraries. I led the development of the Core UI Library, a fully tokenised system that utilises Atomic Design methodology to form a rigid, yet extensive framework.
Additionally, I led the design of brand libraries for Fiskars and Gerber Gear, enabling seamless toggling between each respective library using tokens.

I led the development of the design system and UI, taking care to understand and meet the client's needs through daily communication and bi-weekly stakeholder presentations.
